There is now an opportunity to apply for the position where you will help lead one of Stockholm's important protected objects. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a security guard but also have a supervisory role. Through your engagement in the team and clear leadership, you lay the foundation for well-cohesive teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and in the role of team leader, you will have a significant impact through regular dialogue with both our client and the employees around you.

As a security guard, your primary task is to deliver safety to our client. You do this, for example, in a monitoring center or at an access control point. As a security guard, you have greater authority than a regular guard and often work closely with our client's staff on objects that are crucial for Sweden's security.

You will, for example,:

• lead and plan the daily work efficiently
• be involved in scheduling
• manage daily contact with the client
• staff the monitoring and management center
• support colleagues in their work

Requirements

Requirements

• You need 2 years of experience in the security industry or similar field.
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• Driver's license B

Preferred if you

• have worked in a supervisory role.
• have experience working as a security guard.
• experience with night work.
• training related to the position, HAS, team leader, security guard.

As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized, and can handle periods of high work pace. You are interested in technology and have an easy time understanding instructions. We see that you, as a candidate, are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, quickly understands problems, and solves them creatively. You have a systematic and meticulous approach with an eye for detail. Great importance will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.

For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to each regulation, a background check will be conducted. Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
